We aim to respond to all enquiries within three business days. For complex briefs (RHQ, multi-site, or specialist asset class), we typically schedule a 30-minute scoping call in the reply.

Helpful details: company name and a brief description of your business; the sector (office, retail, F&B, industrial and logistics, medical and healthcare, education, hospitality, land and development, or mixed-use); approximate size in square metres; preferred districts in Riyadh; and target lease commencement.

Does SAT only work with international companies? +
No. SAT advises both international and domestic occupiers across Saudi Arabia. Our tenant representation, landlord advisory, acquisitions, dispositions and asset positioning work covers Saudi and GCC-based companies as well as those entering from outside the region.
